An outdoor barbecue allows for further entertainment facilities during the summer months.

The downstairs area combines chic interiors with the cool ambiance of a garden courtyard. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and flows onto the courtyard. A third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a walk in cupboard and bathroom with shower facilities. A small laundry is situated on this level.

Seascape is well-situated just 40 steps up from Third and a Half Beach and 60 from the larger Third Beach. Both these beaches offer relaxed sun bathing and have full facilities like umbrella and sun-lounger rental.

Seascape is a comfortable beach house for up to six people and is available all year round. Rates range between R 2000 to R 4000 per day depending on season and length of stay.
